The main living room has SKY TV with a with DVD player, comfortable seating and a pretty Victorian fireplace. There is a delightful dining room which retains its original oak panelling and has folding double doors which can be opened into the second sitting room which also has SKY TV and feature fireplace. The large, bright kitchen/ breakfast room has an additional dining table and chairs and is a lovely place for a breakfast or lunch with family or friends. There is a spacious downstairs bedroom with twin beds and doors to the rear garden with a further six bedrooms on the first floor. Cautley House enjoys a sunny south-west facing courtyard garden providing an ideal space for al fresco dining, for chillier days relax in Cautley's charming sun room overlooking the garden. WIFI is installed for your use.
Situated in the picturesque seaside town of Southwold Cautley House is ideally located for both the seafront with its Art Deco pier, colourful beach huts and working lighthouse and the town centre. Southwold boasts predominately Georgian and Victorian architecture and has a wealth of individual shops and boutiques, restaurants and traditional public houses serving the locally brewed Adnams Ale. An excellent base for exploring the Suffolk Heritage coastline with neighbouring towns and villages such as Aldeburgh, Thorpeness, Orford and Dunwich all well worth a visit.
Take a trip across the River Blyth by foot ferry to explore the picturesque village of Walberswick, returning via the footbridge for an enjoyable day out or visit the nearby RSPB reserve at Minsmere.

Dogs must stay on the ground floor and not be allowed on the furniture, you must bring all bedding, bowls and towels for your dog. There is a £50 charge for your pet.
